I stayed here with my wife and 2 small children recently, we found it a lovely place to stay. The appartments are what you need: clean, nicely decorated, well stocked, everything working as it should. Very good value, well equipped for self-catering. Friendly staff. Excellent location for exploring the Pyrenees.

Please be aware when you book this apartment/facility that the beds are not made, sheets are provided and residents make the beds and remove the sheets and towels from the room the morning after they stay. In addition, residents are expected to clean the apartment and the room is inspected at check out!. This was not clear on booking- you get a list […] of details at reception when you check in.The pool is small and the changing area for the pool was very wet and slippy. The aprtment we had was for 2 adults and 2 children and by anyone's standards was very small. Access to the double bed was at one side of the bed only, the roll out sofa bed was not working and the single bed was in a tiny room, which when you were in the room, nothing else could fit in. The shower was not connected to the wall and so you had to stand and hold the shower, or alternatively have a bath. The apartments however were clean and Luz St. Saveur is a beautiful place. We booked for a single night as we were on route elsewhere but it was very poor value for money. 阅读更多信息

Luz-Saint-Sauveur is a nice place to stay but don't look for anything fancy. The location is good for trips to Gavarnie (1/2 hour drive). Self catering was good option for our early starts on hiking days. Rather small pool is nice to lay in after long trail in mountains and sauna wasn't bad either.

enjoyed our stay here despite getting bad weather for hill walking. Only criticism was directions to resort. The could be a lot clearer on the site. the place is basically down a lane out of a car park.

When we arrived, we asked about Internet and were told that it was broken and would be repaired while we were out at dinner. Well, they actually meant it! We came back and everything was fine. That was our only problem with the whole visit, and I wouldn't even call that a problem. The room was immaculate. Generally nice place - apartments are modern - generally clean - one of the bedrooms was pretty tiny and only just fitted a single bed but OK. However you have to make your own bed - sheets provided in the wardrobe - and you have to clean the apartment when you leave - do the floors, wash the benches, put all the linen out in the cleaners basket, etc […] - a bit surprised that apart from a broom there was very littlle cleaning gear provided - no sponge or cleaning cloths or cleaning sprays, etc. Also no food - salt/pepper/ etc is in the flat. So if you want to stay here bring everything as there aint much in the flat. Probably a good place to stay for a few nights as cleaning the place after 1 night stay is not great. La atención del recepcionista ha sido exquisita, en un perfecto castellano. La zona SPA tambien está muy aceptable. En definitiva un apartamento totalmente recomendable.

l'hotel est tres correct- par contre, la piscine est vraiment petite et le hammam/sauna n'ont que quelques places. Le sauna est raccorde a la piscine, donc l'eau n'est pas du tout chaude. Ajustado precio calidad. Amables en recepción. Recomendable.

très bon séjour ,surtout grâce a la piscine couverte et chauffée ,au hammam et sauna qui sont très réparateurs après une journée sur les pistes !! personnel d’accueil souriant et sympathique il manquerait juste une connection internet dans la chambre (connection possible uniquement au salon a la réception)

Très contente de notre séjour! nous étions 6 adultes un enfant de 6ans et un bébé de 9 mois. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, personnels sympathiques, appartement propre, sauna hammam piscine chauffée , à 5 minutes à pieds du village. LITERIE AVEC LES RESSORTS PRESENTS,DOMMAGE QUAND ON Y PASSE 8H. EN FAISANT UN EFFORT DE CE COTE , NOUS REVIENDRONS CAR LE RESTE EST BIEN.

Estuvimos 4 noches en un apartamento perfecto, con todo lo necesario. La zona es espectacular si hos gusta la montanya.

Bien situé au calme , très jolie résidence , appartements très agréable, décoration soignée très propre et très bon accueil !!! Juste un petit bémol la wifi pour internet n'est accessible que dans les parties commune ( salon réception) donc plus de service internet après 21H. Problème qui devrait se résoudre rapidement. Je conseil vivement cet établissement […] avec son espace sauna, hammam jaccuzi, piscine intérieur extérieur c'est une invitation à la relaxation. quelques accessoires sportif type vélo, tapis de marche, rameur en ferait un véritable centre de remise en forme à méditer !!!! C'est un chalet de ski. Il y a une petite cuisine (pas de four). Il faut avoir savon/shampooing, pas de sech cheveux. Tres confortable et environs joli.

El aparta hotel esta muy bien y lo aconsejo a cualquiera que se acerque por la zona de Luz o Cauterets. Para despues de eskiar tiene una pequeña piscina con jacuzzi, sauna humeda, seca y chorros de presion y cascada para relajarse despues de un duro dia eskiando, te deja como nuevo para el proximo dia.

Appartements spacieux, bien agencés avec un équipement moderne et pratique. Les exterieurs ne sont pas finis. Dans la présentation il est fait référence à Cauteret alors que le domaine est à Luz saint sauveur qui n'est pas dans la même vallée (30mm de route) et ne donne pas accès aux mêmes excursions pédestres. Confort et décoration simple mais bien pensés. Tout juste fini avec encore quelques finitions à apporter. Bon rapport qualité prix.
