斯图加特的Ibis Stuttgart City酒店是我在德国几个城市住的最开心的酒店。酒店前台的服务生非常热情和友好。房间舒适、干净、住起来感觉很好。就是稍微有点难找。因为酒店在马路上的指示牌是一个小小细长的绿色指示牌,如果大家想找红色的IBIS指示牌,恐怕要错过很多次。我们就不小心开过了一次。从火车站坐地铁2站就到。具体线路记不清了,做火车到达的话,可以给酒店大电话询问。另外,斯图加特有两个IBIS,一个火车站西北2站,一个在火车站南北,不要找错了。

入住时需要出示政府核发的身份证件(带照片)和信用卡或者缴付现金押金,以便于支付其他杂项的费用。

"Great Experience Thanks to Manuela"
Our stay at the hotel started off on the wrong foot because when we got into the taxi from the airport, the driver got very angry at us because the hotel was so close to the airport and he wasnt going to make enough on our ride. He drove us way past the hotel and we knew it, so this made him more upset. When we got to the hotel we asked Manuela to translate […] the situation as we only spoke English and we found out that the driver was primarily French and didnt speak much German. Manuela helped us greatly by translating what she could and we didnt have to pay the full fare. She then helped us as much as she could with all the information we needed. Also when we ate dinner there, the service was slow and she came over and helped the only other server there. She gave us a free drink for the inconvenience. She also had a taxi ready for us in the morning to go back to the airport at 9AM. Thanks to this wonderful young lady it made our stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. 阅读更多信息
