Place was great, good breakfast. nice swimming pool

Tub is way too small and dangerous. Faucets are loosing it's chrome in a two yr old hotel

During my stay the Air Conditioning went out during the middle of the nights. The windows did not open and it made the room intolerable. When I spoke to the front desk they informed me that it would be out another day and night as well. I found another hotel!!!

I always try to stay in this hotel when I can. Friendly and smiling staff, clean rooms, good location close to the mall, close to the airport and in save area. Gym is excellent with the great view from the topp 16th over the city and the airport landings. Highly recommend,

The hotel is only 2 years old. Clean, roof top pool though very appealing is a bit small. Food in the lobby is good and reasonable. The area is small and may not accommodate large parties. The service was good. I especially liked having the ability to get a secure taxi at the hotel.

Good to excellent on everyting Arpt pkup and dropoff very good Close to 2 malls 1 within walking distance and no trouble day or nite Only One Eception The htl POOL very small and maginally acceptable although the exercise rm was nxt to it and the Rest rms etc were very nice No service food or drink

This Hotel is very new and it is near a new mall. Also there is a good restaurant near the Hotel call Cocolon.

We spent two nights at the Courtyard Marriott in Guayaquil, and it was clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel is just a block or so from a large indoor shopping mall, and there's an ATM machine just across the street. For some reason, taxi drivers seem to unable to find the hotel even though it's just a mile or two from the airport. Fortunately, the […] Courtyard does offer free shuttle bus service to the airport. Hi, very clean, new and good hotel. Have very good working desk and good bed. Room is bright and clean. Very nice gym (it is actually a gym, not a small closet). Can reccomend this over Sheraton or Howard J anytime...

I was very pleased with my stay at the Marriot. Main reasons are the following. The hotel is new, it is clean and it has nice bright interior. The room had a very good working desk and chair (thats why I left Howard Johnson), almost silent AC, nice bed and pillows and they have a great gym.. The food at the bar is fine and I thought the staff was friendly. […] Taxi to the airport was 3 USD so I did not mind if there was not a shuttle and they have there own taxis you can trust. Very nice hotel, quick from airport. good location. Would highly recommend and will stay there next time!!!

the hotel is less than 2 years old, and as such has a nice modern feel with modern touches. Flat screen in standard rooms AC that does not keep you awake and plenty of channels. The choice and standard of food from the resaurant was disappointing. After ony 2 days the limited menu choice was telling. The discription of the food is not what is on the […] plate. I ordered ribs and got some fatty pork. There is a TGI just up the road so a 5 minute walk would solve the problem. There is a guest laundry on floor 16 which is free to use and free soap powder. There are some shops across the orad, but is a busy main road so care in crossing. I had one week here, then had an unexpected return to Guayaquil and chose this again. Liked it very much, staff friendly. One down side is having to pay for airport transfers, a lot of the hotels offer this free, and in my opinion if i choose to spend my money at there hotel, the least they can do is come and get me and return me to the airport. todo perfecto, el hotel hermoso, elegante, habitación amplia, limpia, muy buen servicio. sólo no querian reconocernos el precio de la habitación x Hoteles.com que incluia desayuno. Tuve q demostrarles yo a ellos q el precio incluia el desayuno mostrando mails y la reserva en hoteles.com. eso fue de mal gusto. el resto, perfecto.

Este hotel se mantiene como una excelente opción en Guayaquil, los cuartos muy limpios, aunque esta vez me dieron una habitación que olia a cigarrillo, me la cambiaron de inmediato. Excelente hotel para cualquier propósito ya sea Vacaciones o trabajo.

Muy buen hotel, tuve problemas con la conexión a Internet y se esmeraron en resolver el problema, (lo hicieron al 2do día)
