八号公路直接开就能到酒店门口，建筑非常好辨认。订的特价房，果断升级为套房。

很好的一家酒店，设备新，订的高级间，房间不是很大，但属于标准配置。主动为我们升级了酒店房间，为湖景房。感觉对中国人非常热情，都尽量安排8打头的房间，即最外面的一排可以看到湖景的房间。

位置看不到湖，房间巨小，下水堵头是坏的，修了半天漏了卫生间一地脏水也没修好，让凑合用，一直滴水也不给换房间，换房要自己补差价，不推荐，后来发现同样价格住湖景motel套间了！

好酒店，硬件很好，但基本是自助的，适合家庭入住，最好订两居室

酒店各方面还不错，就是房间真的是有点小啊！属于紧凑型的！

很不错的酒店，但建议一定要选湖景房，湖景房超级漂亮。酒店的花园有些荒凉的感觉

Enjoyed Peppers but found some difficulty getting suitcases to room along concrete paths and down steps as car parking may not be near to room location. Breakfast selection was great but we didn't feel the evening meal in the restaurant was anything exceptional for the price paid.

Room was small, lovely bathroom. Good walking distance into town.

Great room and awesome service - reception went out of their way to make sure we made the star gazing tour after the bus left! The free laundry was another great plus.

Our family of 5 adults stayed two nights in interconnecting suites which were accessed by one main door and small entry leading to the suites which had separate keys. The rooms were very clean, very comfortable and the lake view was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we look forward to our next stay.

Yes the single room was small-although it had a huge king size bed and awesome shower room. I was aware of that after reading some negative reviews, but the room size did NOT bother me one bit and I would not pay more money for a bigger room when you are in one of the most beautiful locations on earth Lake Tekapo. We knew that it was going to be a small room, but we didn't expect it to be that small. There was no room to open the suitcase on the floor. It had to be done on the bed that filled the whole room. We didn't have a lake view from our window, we could only see the next house and the walking path between. The other guests had parked their cars so poorly […] that there wasn't room for our car nearby and we had to leave it quite far from our room. The heavy suitcases had to be lifted up and carried because there were lots of steps and rocky paths from the car park to the room. Great wee place to stay; very clean and well presented room. We stayed in a hotel room - incredibly small though so don't take much more than an overnight bag each. We would still recommend it highly for presentation and staff congeniality. Close to the village, restaurants & walking tracks

We had read that the standard rooms were small, and they certainly were, but the decor and fittings were beautiful, espacially the bathroom. Unfortunately our room wasn't serviced, but when we complained they offered us a free continental breakfast. Standard rooms do not have a view of the lake. Overall good value for money.

Very Nice View Hotel!! We can reach Lake Tekapo from this hotel within 5 minutes on foot, and scenary from the lakeside rooms is very impressive.

We recently stayed at the Peppers at Lake Tekapo in January 2012. On arrival I checked out our room and was not happy with the outlook so asked if there was an alternative and was given a different room with no hassles at all. Parking is a bit tight and other guest tend to park you in which can be a pest if you are a photographer like me who wants to take off before the sunrise! Our apartment could have done with a paint job but this is minor. Also the doors are heavy and noisy so if you are a person who likes to sleep in this may annoy you. Traveling as an adult family group, we found the interconnecting suites just perfect. The staff were very friendly at all times, the rooms very clean and very comfortable. The resort is a short walk to the shops, lake and spa amenities. Overall, the perfect getaway to simply relax or to enjoy the area.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. The bedrooms were small but the upstairs lounge / dining / kitchen area was spacious with a nice view. Everything was nice except that they forgot to put shampoo in our bathroom. Location was convenient, across from the village center.

I stayed at this hotel on 17 Nov 2011. The lower advertised prices get you into the smallest room in the property. Each apartment is split into an "A" and "B" section. The "A" section has an ensuite bedroom and living room, while the "B" has an ensuite bedroom only - not even space for a chair! On arrival I was encouraged to pay almost double the […] original price for the larger "A" room section. The reception staff were lovely, but it appeared a well worn 'up-sell' routine to offer me an inspection of the larger space. Fortunately, I was travelling solo and just needed a place to rest for one night - but I think these "B" rooms would be unsuitable for a couple or for a longer stay. The room itself was very clean and the bathroom has heated floors - so it was not uncomfortable - just tiny. While in Lake Tekapo, make sure you eat at Kohan Restaurant (amazing Japanese) and visit the observatory on their Earth & Sky night tour. 阅读更多信息

If you are dwarfs or kids - this might be the perfect room for you... The room size is very small, there is no space even to put luggage or a laptop! Service people don't really attend to complaints. Price too high for what you get!

The hotel complex is new and is not entirely to our taste as rooms are open to other rooms and general gaze. However, this wasn't a problem we had to contend with as we had a very small room which was filled by a bed which left no room for movement around the room. When […] we arrived we told, nicely, that the room was small but it was the room we had paid for which was fair enough and we were offered an up-grade at additional cost. However, the hotel was almost empty and we think that had we been given a slightly larger room at no extra cost we would then have been able to write a more favourable review which might have encouraged more bookings. We stayed in their hotel room which they advertise as being small, but fair enough, at least they are upfront about it. To that end, I wasn't expecting a lot, however while it was not that roomy, it was finished to a high quality, had a very roomy bathroom, very comfortable bed and we really enjoyed our stay here for one night.

We really liked the looks of this property, both inside and outside. The hotel room is tiny, but we still enjoyed it since we were there just for one night.

Seems to be largest and best place to stay in Lake Tekapo which is best place in NZ for star gazing.

Very pleased with this hotel, we were a group of 5 staying in August. Booked a mountain view room which had two very nice king bedrooms on the bottom floor and a beautifuil kitchen and fold out bed in the lounge on the top floor with very nice views still. Would stay again for sure

The size of the room is like a dog box.

Great Location. Room was clean, nicely presented but extremely small (even for a standard hotel room). Will consider staying there with a group of people, hiring a unit and splitting the cost. Oh. And the restaurant makes great coffee.

The hotel is excellent in most ways, especially the breakfast. the staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean. Problems: - there was an irritating noise during the night which I think it is associated with air conditioning system. That is a bit annoying. - there was a broken handle of the wardrobe. i informed them about that but nobody did anything […] about it. It didn't spoil my stay but something worth reporting. - the small rooms are really small. If you end up picking the cheapest room available - make sure u dont expect a lot from this hotel. The room is sooo tiny, there is barely space for a suitcase and seems very congested. The bathroom seems more spacious than the room itself. We requested a couple of polythene bags the morning we were leaving and no1 showed up till we checked out. We requested […] them to help print our boarding passes (at the reception) and they refused to do the same as the printer did not accept usb keys. I found out the following day that they could print if we emailed it to them. The lady we spoke with previously did not mention tht option and told us to go down the rd to print. We had a lovely time at Blue peppers. Lovely food at the resturant, close location to town and attractions. Was modern and clean. We would certainly stay here again. Spectacular views of the mountain and lake.

This was a nice new hotel and our double room was small but modern and clean. The kingsized bed consisted of two singles strapped together so was very uncomfortable for anyone sleeping on the ridge along the middel!! The fridge was not turned on and when asking the next morning we were told that there was a button near the electric kettle that did that […] but we were not told nor was it in the service information booklet.Not good when you are trying to keep salmon cold! We strongly don't reccomend the restaurant. We had to send one meal order back 3 times to be cooked properly and the size of the meal was inadequate. The neighbouring table also complained.
