Appart'City Rennes Beauregard - 雷恩

This really isn't a hotel - it's a very basic dorm room. The 2 of us slept on a full-size sleeper sofa. There is no ventilation in the room, except for opening the window, but there was no way to get the air to move (no a/c, no venting). Lots of noise outside the window until 11PM. The sleeper sofa took up the ENTIRE room, so it was difficult to maneauver. […] The front desk staff (who was wonderful) only worked until 8PM. We arrived at 7:30 PM, and he was in a huge hurry to leave. The laundry room was dirty and moldy - and you have to buy the tokens from the front desk staff (I ran out of tokens). The internet access actually worked fine - it wasn't wireless - but we were given an internet cord. There is very little parking available on the "street". You have to pay to park in front of the hotel. It was difficult to find the building. The bathroom was fine, and it was nice to have the kitchenette. If I was 25, this place would have worked fine - but I'm much older than that!! So, we don't intend on staying here again, mostly because it didn't meet our comfort needs. 阅读更多信息

J'essaie encore d'imaginer toutes les possibilités de gérer la partie "accomodation" d'un séjour avec le concept appart-hôtel. En effet, par exemple, il est possible de recevoir correctement quelques personnes. Un séjour longue durée me semble tout à fait envisageable et davantage supportable par rapport à une chambre d'hôtel classique.

je suis arrivé a l'hotel vers 22h, entree avec code, je dois ouvrir un coffre fort, a l'interieur plusieurs enveloppes, pas mon nom dessus, je trouve en vain un numero de telephone pour appeler...quelle enveloppe prendre ? j'aurai pu tout prendre ou en choisir une au hasard...... on me donne un numero au telephone, j'arrive dans la chambre, etat general […] correct, je suis censé dormir dans un clic clac, plutot un tas de ressort qui grince, obligé de mettre le matelas par terre, franchement il faut revoir cela...c'est assez pitoyable.....bonne reception 阅读更多信息

They've build a NEW BUSSTOP next to the Hotel now. You get of at Beuregard (last stop for bus 4). The hotel is right behind the back of the bus, behind the roundabout. The old Beuregardstop is now called Leonard. As the last time, I'm really satisfied with this hotel, given it's cheap and it's a flat so you don't have to spend all that money for breakfast […] etc. The staff is really nice to and helpfull. You can wash clothes for 4-2,50 (dryer) euro. The bus takes about 15 min to the center of town. There's a shoppingmall quite close to the hotel. I must say this time I actually got really lucky too and got a big appartment :) 阅读更多信息

Un petit deux pieces tres fonctionnel loue a la nuit a un tarif avantageux. Parfait pour une petite famille en déplacement

Bel immeuble moderne et rutilant, mais glacial comme ce qui est sans âme. Le hall est spacieux et plutôt accueillant, par contre les studios sont froids comme une chambre d’hôpital, l'espace en moins ! Le lit, devrais-je dire le canapé-lit est juste correct mais il faudra choisir entre accéder au bureau ou passer sur lit...en plus la télécommande de […] la TV ne fonctionnait pas ! Bref, pour une nuit ça passe, mais pas plus, heureusement que le tarif est très correct. Le quartier semble plutôt calme, étant donné l'éloignement de l'implantation par rapport aux zones bruyante, pour ne pas dire l'isolement étant donné que le bâtiment est situé dans une toute nouvelle zone urbaine en cours d'aménagement. L'isolation acoustique tant intérieure qu'extérieur est satisfaisante. La salle de bain ressemble à un labo, en faïence blanche et la douche est peu pratique, passage étroit et accessoires (pommeau de douche) de mauvaise qualité. 阅读更多信息

HOW TO GET THERE: This hotel is situated outside the center of Rennes but is easy to get to. You take bus number 4 Beauregard from say Place de la République. You take it to the last stop (about 15 mins drive), take to left in the first roundabout and walk to the end of the road and the Hotel is right in front of you. Look up, the sign is on the top […] of the building. The first thing we notices was that the guy in the reception was very nice and honest. He gave us a great first impression of the hotel. He told what he could fix, and what he couldn't fix. No broken promises and sincere apologies. The standard of the room was nice except for this: the thing that hlds up the showerhead was broken. No problem for us since we're small, but it would be a problem if you're tall. And the frigde made a squelling noise. Other than that the room was ok. Nice to have a small kitchen. It was clean and in some way a bit clinic meaning not to charming, with all white walls. The breakfast was (as usual in France) not worth 9 euros. Internet is 2 euros a day. Quite cose to the hotel there's a shopping mal, about ten minutes walk. Here you'll get whatever you need. 阅读更多信息

L'accueil a été très sympa. La chambre était propre. Ce n'était pas une suite, mais c'est pas ce qu'on attend à ce prix là. J'ai finalement été très satisfait, même si le cadre environnant se constitue de bâtiment en travaux, cet hôtel convient parfaitement pour une nuit de passage.

en arrivant à l'hôtel, comme convenu, j'ai trouvé les clefs dans le coffre puis jusqu' à mon départ le lendemain 12h, j'ai rencontré personne. L'accueil était fermé, l'espace petit déjeuner fermé, personne dans l'hôtel. Donc je suis repartis en laissant les clefs dans le coffre à nouveau.

trés bon rapport qualité /prix toutes commodités bien
