the hotel is fairly new so in good condition still. surrounding area not great but for business ok. there is a shopping centre across the road via a bridge. Resturant food was poor, althogh breakfat was very good. A walk to the shopping centre has selection of fast food booths and a japanese restaurant if your hosts dont take you out.
