The staff were friendly but not knowledgeable re biking info.There weren't many pamphlets re bike trails etc.We asked about schedule for ferry going to isle aux grues-told there was none-told we had to go and see.We drove an hour to find out the ferry had left for the day.The info office there showed us schedule was posted on internet.This was a waste […] of our day as we missed a perfect biking experience on this island.Very frustrating.On our return friends told us they also found a lack of knowledge re what is available for bikers.This hotel is rated as biker friendly,so this would be an area to improve.Overall we enjoyed our stay.The tourist bureau had closed for the season,so access to info should be available at hotel.Thank you 阅读更多信息

Les chambres sont propres, l'hotel est très en extèrieur (Zone commerciale) . Le (petit) dejeuner est vraiment pas terrible, pratiquement rien à manger.

bon rapport qualité prix de cet hotel, chambres nickel, grande tele, proximité de supermarchés et magasins en tt genre, fast food juste en face, en revanche pour la situation géographique tout depend de votre objectif : si vous etes en voyage d'affaire avec des rendez-vous pas loin de l'hotel, n'hésitez pas une seconde. En revanche si vous etes touriste […] et que vous voulez passer du temps à visiter la ville de Quebec et en particulier le vieux quebec, sachez que vous avez 45 mn de marche jusqu'au bateau qui vous emmene à Quebec, soit une heure en tout. En resume l'hotel est très bien à tous points de vue sauf que vous etes loin de la vieille ville y compris en voiture ou vous devrez faire tout un tour pour rallier quebec.
