"Friendly, efficient - and free parking in Edinburg"

Staff are very helpful and friendly, there is free internet access, and she poaches a lovely egg. The rooms are small, as are the showers, but you are not paying for 5 star. You can leave your car across the road for free for as long as you want and the bus service is excellent. REcommended for the Festival.

Light above the sink was out and there was no remote control for the tv. (I heard another guest make the same comment about the remote and the owner replied he hadn't gotten around to fixing that). The best part was the breakfast and breakfast space and the very nice lady who took care of that.

Oikein mukava isäntäpariskunta, siistit huoneet ja runsas aamupala. Muutamat huonekalut tosin hieman kuluneita, mutta muuten oikein viihtyisä paikka.

keskustaan on n 25 minuutin kävelymatka nättiä puistomaista kävedlytietä pitkin. ihan vieressä ei ole kauppoja tai juuri ravintoloitakaan, paitsi varmaankin skotlannin isoimmat pizzat tekevä pizzeria. 10-25" normipizzat ja metrin kokoiset ennätyäjättipizzat.
