Very clean, good ammenities, superb breakfast and staff service. Agreed with other revierwers that the nespresso set with coffee capsules can perhaps be made complimentary for the first box. Nothing to complain about much. Will definitely ask all my friends to stay here should they come to Epernay

Everything about this hotel was very good, except for the fact that we were given a double room on the 3rd floor in the attic. This had heavy beams across one side of the room at the bottom of the bed, by the desk, and above the loo, causing contortions on behalf of the occupants to avoid sore heads!! The room should be demoted to a single and the furniture […] re-arranged to make the stay more comfortable. Apart from that I would readily recommend the style and location of the hotel. 阅读更多信息

Lovely hotel, in the heart of Epernay. Excellent welcome and check in, we were walked to our room by the same person who checked us in which was a lovely touch. The room was clean, tidy and boutique in style, a much higher standard that I imagined. This hotel is recently remodeled and totally modernized. The staff is most accommodating and friendly. Utmärkt hotell även om stor vikt lagts vid detaljer medan vi i vårt rum hade ett fönster som bara vette mot en betongvägg. Trist på ett bra rum. Mycket trevlig personal.

Suveräna nyrenoverade rum med bibehållen atmosfär, gångavstånd till restauranger som La cava a Champagne samt till de stora husen på Avenue de Champagne. Trevlig och uppmärksam personal. Frukosten dock icke prisvärd.
