The kid up at the help desk was rude and didn't even ask if we needed anything after he gave us our room key. I would've enjoyed my stay a little more if the kid up from treated me with a little more respect.

Room was on top as requested but in back instead of front. The Kennel was right outside our window so we were worried about possible noise based on other reviews. We slept wonderful and did not hear a single sound from the Kennel. Waffle House next door but our checkin was after midnight. This is the second stay here for me, nice place and very close to the airport. The only drawback is a dog kennel located right behind the property. The dogs start barking around 7am.

Hotel was fine but absolutely no decent food options within walking distance.

Excellent location for accessing the AP with free parking for extended in and outs fron IAH. (Only with rack rate - you'll need to pay additional for parking for reservations made through Hotels.com)

The view from my room was an industrial building~later to find out it was a dog care/hotel. No noises that bothered me. It is going to be revaped at hotel's expense. I tried to use the business center printer and it was challenging as the deskroom had to com to correct it. Other than that shuttle and breakfast were great!

Wow this location is great! Very clean and the beds are so comfortable. The rooms are very spacious and well decorated. Great job at this location keep up the work. Front desk agents are friendly too!

The hotel was clean and nice but the only problem i had was i went to the busines center to print some document the printer was not working i had to walk across the street to use the printer at the another hotel which was not safe,but i will recommend this hotel to my friends,nice place

I looked out my window and literally RIGHT there were rows of caged dogs. Naturally, their barking woke me up very early in the morning. Not a good idea to put a hotel right next to a dog kennel!!!

When I arrived at Houston Airport I found out that my hotels.com confirmation page did not include the hotel's phone number. The lodging phone at the Houston Bush Int'l Airport does not mention this hotel. So I had to call my wife and ask her to call the hotel to send a shuttle bus to pick me up.

best night's sleep i've ever had at a hotel. very comfortable bed and pillows! clean, updated rooms and nice large bathroom.

Nice location / newer hotel / nice rooms Problems: staff is less than responsive / professional / or adequate. No hot water for days. Worse problem - hotel is DIRECTLY beside a dog kennel so you enjoy 5-6 dogs barking at all hours. Needed hotel for 30 days in Houston area. This one only gets 4 nights and never again.

Nicely maintained exterior and lobby area; room was clean, but my main complaint was the mattress and pillows! Mattress was lumpy and worn, and pillows were TINY....like a travel pillow. I could not get comfortable, and did not sleep well at all. Shuttle service to airport was a great convenience. friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, 7 min from IAH

The room was in good condition and well-decorated. There was some sort of dog pound next door and (we love dogs) the doggies we a bit excited about their walk and being out in the a.m. we were up and it didn't bother, but I worried about the other guests that like to sleep late. All in all, a great place to stay.

This is a nice hotel. It was clean and the customer service was great. Check in was very fast and easy. The continental breakfast was good. Unfortunately, it's right next to a dog boarding kennel and all you will hear all night long is loud, barking dogs! I can sleep through just about anything, and I barely slept at all even with the fan blowing on […] full blast to try and drown out the barking dogs. Breakfeast was supposed to start at 6:30 and and didn't even get started untill we said something at 6:45 because we couldn't wait any longer. Loved it!!!!!!

Great place to stay. Very convenient to Bush Airport. Staff was very nice and rooms were comfortable and very clean.

This hotel was very nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The airport shuttle arrived a little early and we were able to leave our car there while we flew. There's a jack in the box in the same parking lot as the hotel and that was very convenient. Will stay there again the next time we fly somewhere.

The hotel was clean but service was not all that great. We stayed 2 nights. The cable did not work either night. Our room was not cleaned and when we reported it, the clerk just shrugged it off. We were told the tv would be fixed by the next morning, but was not. Great location. Okay room. Bad service.

I wish my bedroom was as nice as this room. I plan staying there again!!

This is a great place to stay near the airport. Clean rooms, comfy bed... very convenient airport shuttle.

Room was very clean,convenient,close to airport entrance.Shuttle service to and from airport (extra fee,don't recall price but was reasonable) Would recommend and consider staying here again.

Great stay. Easy and quick check in and check out. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Serves its purpose as a convenient, clean, and affordable option near and with access to the airport. Decent breakfast. Wish more of the staff had better English speaking skills. Could be a little friendlier. Also requires $5 per day to leave car parked while away.

I am very grateful that We got a room on the front of the hotel because we spoke wth a guest who had a room on the back and the dogs kept them up all night with their barking.
