The accommodation met with my requirements, given the location, etc on this occasion. Although security has improved in the vicinity of the hotel since my last visit, the unfortunate sights and view of unkept flats and premises in the area of the parking garage remain an eyesore, although this is entirely beyond the hotel's management's control. I was asked to pay again as I was checking out. But I didn't because my credit card was billed.

The title says it all The hotel was great but the neighbourhood is dodgy and there are nightclubs down albany that start at 10 am and go right through until 10 am. the main point is i did not feel safe at all and the car park is not connected to the hotel they close it at 12 Midnight so if you want to stay out slightly later you can only come back at […] 5 am. And to get to the carpark you have to walk past these sketchy night clubs. If your a big guy thats not scared of anything well it will be ideal for you. Ok we arrived at night and the street was a bit dodgy looking (there was a club nearby) but the hotel itself was clean and the buffet was nice and the staff were friendly. For the price we paid I was satisfied and was realistic in not expecting a 5 star. However again we were pleased with the cleanliness and service.
