We loved our stay at the Concierge. Hotel staff were very friendly and willing to help with anything. Rooms were small but amazing - extremely comfortable bed and well laid out bathroom. had a wonderful time in durban. with the hotel so close to florida road and to the beaches is was perfect. if you are not a big fan of open plan bathrooms insist on one of the "middle" rooms.staff is very friendly and helpful.would stay nowhere else.

"Nice hidden hotel"

Very special hotel, hard to find and the neighbourhood is not very inviting, but it is located near Florida Road where you can find some nice bars and restaurants. Also the hotel has very nice rooms and a friendly staff, a real hidden treasure.

The Concierge is a very comfortable hotel with lots of style and great service. The rooms are a good size and very stylish. The Veranda rooms are on a small street which if you want a lie-in, there can be some noise. Overall, great value with excellent service. Guy Roberts
