Turi Beach Resort - 巴淡岛

Had a short getaway at Turi Beach Resort over the weekend with my friends. Resort is really simple, so do not expect the heaven. Rooms at the new wing were ok for a resort level (Tirta Premier Beach Front). My room was just 20 metres away from the pool. That's about it. Typical resort with standard water sports. Clean beach with clean swimming pool. Overall a good getaway. BUT... The BBQ Dinner is the ultimate highlight of this resort. Firstly, dinner is definitely very well served and delicious. Second, there is a lucky draw too with attractive prizes. Good music from a local live band. Beautiful resort, great lobby albeit with a nonexistent beach. Great pool and friendly staff he reception could use more smiling female staff. Be careful of taking the path along the shoreline the walkway is crumbling and interestingly came by a Komodo dragon!

I stayed in the old wing, walking to/fro was great exercise and the room was cool and quiet. Lots of trees surrounding the area. Only problem was no Internet or wifi in the room and limited access at lobby with a long wait to get password. Not recommended for those who have to work while traveling.

The last visit to turi was 6years ago new year eve/new year. It was clean and well mantained. This time round tried the Titra wing and it was filthy and lizard on the wall and curtain. 部屋の備品が　用意されえていなかった。　対応が遅い。　平日だったせいもあるのかプールサイドにスタッフがおらず　貸出のタオルをリクエストしてもなかなか持ってこず、４回リマインドしてやっと持って来た。

晚上check in, 前臺的服務員態度一般,毫無笑容。酒店的shuttle bus 載我到房間,是傳統印尼式小茅屋,昏暗的燈光加上在小山坡上,當然是非常接近大自然,但我卻覺得很古舊,及床cover亦很骯髒,加上職員特意告知廁所放有—支殺蟲水,有需耍就用。想像有不少昆蟲會在房間。所以建議住新翼。白天的風景比較開心,兩個泳池都在沙灘邊,風景很美,很relax. Turi 跟Nongsa Point Marina Resort 是同一集團,有shuttle bus 來往兩酒店,可共用設施。所以下次我—定揀住Nongsa, 因為晚上對著海邊的郵艇,感覺浪漫。

가족들과 신관 1층의 룸2개에서 2박을 하였다. 중심가와 많이 떨어져 있으므로 체크인 전에 항구에서 어느정도 필요한 물품을 사가지고 들어 가는 것이 좋다.수영장은 깨끗해서 이용하기 무난했고 해양스포츠는 리조트내에서 다 해결 할수 있어 좋았다.해양스포츠는 3시경까지만 가능 하므로 투숙객이 많을 경우 예약이 필수다. 식사의 퀄리티는 아침 조식 부페는 그런데로 괜챦았으나 저녁 뷔페는 질이 떨어졌다.
